James Falcone Construction

It took me awhile to post this review. I generally liked James, and his crew was very nice and wonderful. If you have a really long time to do a remodel this is your guy, but I had too many "gone weeks" There were other issues as well, and there was a lot of finger pointing. With all that said...I have outlets that trip off and so I have to do my hair in the workout room. The Shower light he felt I should have is also faulty...has been since it was done. I also felt he didn't take care of our things. Things left outside in the elements for several months. I also had to pay for mistakes made by his painting sub contractor. It was so frustrating I didn't even have them finish the workout room. I had him out a few times to try to fix the outlets, but he had no idea what was happening, and again pointed fingers. Hence I dry my hair in a different room. The total job was 102,667.00 James did NOT do the marble design or install He also did not do the cabinets. Those were done by other companies.. So you can judge his pricing...

They did everything while I was on vacation and took pictures of everything and emailed them so I could keep track and see what they were doing. These are probably the two best guys I've worked with in my life. When they said they would be there at 7, they were there at 7. They cleaned up every day and left the place spotless without me having to say anything to them. They were on time and they worked until the job was finished and they didn't take off and do two or three other jobs. When you explain what you want done, they do it exactly that way, and if they can think of a better way of doing it, they'll let you know and show you why.
