Description of Work: This company is a scam based on my experience. They sold us a virus protection that was never installed on our computer; remotely took over the computer to try and verify the virus protection which just caused more issues.

Description of Work: Performed work well, they removed a PC software virus, but we were badgered into buying a 1 year contract to do so before hand at $100.00, PLUS the cost of the software fix. Then 2 months before the contract was expired their sales division called us 3-4 times a day, every day, to try to get us to renew the contract for another year. They would not take NO for an answer, and kept changing sales people each time that they called. Even after filing a Cease-and Desist order, they called back again and tried to start the whole thing over (today, the day I am posting this) again 2 months later! We had to file another C-A-D order to get them to remove our phone number from their phone sales list again!! We do not recommend them to anyone for these reasons.

+ -1 moreThey were not able to solve my computer last time. I believe when I make my 1 800 phone call that I am calling another country. They pass me from person to person during the calls. I am not excited about that. When they ask if I want to renew my contract with them I do not plan to. If they can not solve the problems with my computer this time, I will try to get my money back for the service. Overall I have not been satisfied with the services.
Description of Work: I called them to help resolve a problem with my computer.
