 + 3 moreGreat! Friendly, courteous, and tidy. No paint chips or left over stuff to clean up. He explained everything and helped me understand my electrical grid, assuring me that when the time came, we could install a car charging station easily without needing a panel upgrade. He's popular, but he'll come as quickly as possible. Big or little job he's my new electrician!
Description of Work: I live in an all electric home. David assessed the potential for upgrading so he could install ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATION. He also identified all the breakers for the RADIANT HEAT in the ceiling so they could be switched off when necessary. He also repaired my outdoor lights. We also discussed heating alternatives which he will research and work with me on.

 + 0 moreWe knew that we wanted to have the garage converted but didn't know what to do. The contractor introduced us to the "design-build" process. They took our ideas, generated all of the drawings for City approval, got samples of finishes for our selection, and then completed the all of the work. We dealt with only one person throughout and it made it very simple for us.
Description of Work: Conversion of a garage to a guesthouse & remodel of a kitchen.
