Description of Work: We had Great Scott come out and refinish a wood floor and also clean all of our tile. We were very happy with Scott and found him to be honest, reliable, and fairly priced. In addition, he is very nice to work with. I have recommended him to others and will definitely use him whenever I need those types of services again.

Description of Work: Scott had such a passion for his work and wood flooring. When he came to assess the job, of the three vendors who quoted the job, he seemed the most cautious in terms of what could be done and what he could deliver. We have an engineered wood floor that had already been refinished years ago. Consequently, there was a chance that we could not refinished it once more due to the remaining thickness of the top layer of the wood plank. Scott was on his knees checking our floor to see what if anything could be done. He came back on a Saturday to test an area of the floor for sanding and stain selection. He spent a few hours to do so. We decided to go ahead with a complete understanding of the risk at hand. Great Scott Maintenance was not the least expansive but we got our money's worth. | |Scott came back with with a gentleman to help him to cautiously, carefully and thoroughly prep the areas to be worked on. Sanding went on a full day and a half and that second day the first coat of stain applied. They were here until 08:30 PM. Hard workers! Throughout all of the staining process, Scott kept commenting on the beauty of the floors. I have never seen someone so passionate about wood floors. And make no mistake that it shows in the end results. Overall, Great Scott Maintenance did an exceptional job on refinishing our floors and we get so many great compliments on its look. | |Thank you Scott.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile floor & grout & sealed grout. The grout is wonderful the tile not so much but to clean the tile it has to be power washed or done with a strong brush. The tile is clean but not as clean as I get it. | All in all I am very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Scott did a great job cleaning and buffing the kitchen, diningroom and hallway floors at my elderly father's house. He showed-up on time; and worked extra hard to remove a rubber-backed rug that was stuck to the floor (he even removed some carpet stains at my father's request). My father was very happy with the results. The floors look clean and shiny (he used a non-skid polish/coating). I highly recommend Great Scott Maintenance!!
