+ 1 moreI spent close to $4000 on that service. I have had construction people in the past that were terrible. The guy I talked to spoke English, knew what he was doing, and is experienced. All the things you would want in a contractor, from answering calls to showing up, he did everything, he was very good. I would trust him to do anything and he is an older guy that knows what he is doing and he was excellent. He does quality work and does what he says. He can do windows, siding and remodeling, he is that good. The thing I liked about him was that he got a roofer to do some work for me and I was very happy with him. Her did an excellent job of replacing all the fascia boards and did a good job and he recommended a new material and all the fascias around the house look nice. His pricing was also fine.
Description of Work: I used Grams Construction in November 2010 and he replaced some old siding on the side of the house, a small amount of framing and he also replaced all the fascia boards.

+ 0 moreGRAMS CONSTRUCTION WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY GAVE ME A TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETION AND BEAT IT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, CLEAN AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEIR PRICE WAS GREAT TOO.
Description of Work: GRAMS CONSTRUCTION REPLACED ALL THE INTERIOR DOORS, WINDOWS, MOLDINGS AND DOOR JAMS.
