Typical salesman came and painted a picture of how wonderful a job would be performed. Expounded on how their company was in business to completely address any beautification a homeowner may want accomplished. The guys showed up to install the counter tops (no english speakers). Cracked my cabinets in three places, totally broke out the piece of wood that closed out the top of my dishwasher (big gap there now), left a ton of trash in my driveway, left the front of my house covered in granite dust (which I'm still cleaning), left me to reconnect all the plumbing and gas cook-top. To be fair the next crew who came to install the backsplash did a great job with good attention to detail. So I guess if you need tile work they are good, if you want any kitchen remodeling done go somewhere else. Never heard from the salesman again after the initial consultation where I hired them.
