Description of Work: Repaired a chronic underground pipe leak near backyard foundation near controller valves and an obvious pipe leak in front yard.

Description of Work: Dan responded to our call within a short period of time, was professional and worked well solving our leaking sprinkler system. We had no real idea what it would cost to do the job, but we were happy to get the work done quickly and we were happy it did not involve tearing up brick work or sidewalks. Would definitely recommend Dan to others who had a problem with their sprinklers.

Description of Work: Dan came to our house and capped a bunch of sprinklers I had taken off line and also rerouted water with drip heads for 4 new citrus trees we were planting. He's a great guy to be around and was very easy to speak with. I found his work to be first class and he did everything for a reasonable price which can be hard to come across these days. I would recommend Dan to anyone who's looking for an honest landscape professional to help you out.

Description of Work: One of the three stations on my automatic sprinkler system would not come on. I called Dan at 8:55 AM and explained the problem. He asked if he could call me back in an hour, so he could arrange his schedule for the day. Dan called back at 9:55 AM and said he could come out within a half an hour or so. Dan arrived at 10:40 AM. A few short minutes later, he discovered that the wire to the non-functioning station had apparently been cut by the gardener's weed whacker. He spliced the wire, tested the entire system and was on his way shorty before 11:00 AM. As a customer service professional with over 40-years of service in the field, I must rate Dan's customer service as "EXTRAORDINARY!" I will definitely utilize his services in the future.

Description of Work: I called Dan about our faulty sprinkler system. He was polite and accommodating. He suggested a few reasons why our sprinklers might not be working, but that he had to see for himself to be sure. He arrived on time as promised and he went right to work on the Orbit Water Master. He reprogrammed it without a hitch and our sprinklers work fine. To be nice, he offered the explanation that the Orbit manual is difficult to understand and because our box is outside and unprotected, the numbers are fading. Nonetheless, he fixed our watering timer just as we wanted. When we retire this system , we'll call Dan to replace it because he proved himself to be honest, efficient, and professional. Thanks, Dan.
