The work is good. I had to hire some people to correct some small things that we wanted.

Our new balcony installation couldn't have gone better. The president, Brad Hisgen, promptly answered all our questions. This was the first balcony we have ever had installed. Brad stepped us through the entire process, including how best to mix and match colors. He never made a decision for us, but provided us with all the information needed for us to make our own informed decision. He's an absolutely consummate professional! Brad gave us a specific time (not a time range), and he and his team showed up on time to start the job. It was a pleasure having his staff here each day because they displayed a great attitude, didn't cut corners, and always showed respect for our property. The old balcony was a dark brown where as the new one is a caramel color. Not only did the staff scrape the old dark brown color off our flag light electrical conduit and repaint it to match the new balcony color, but they repositioned the conduit to align it to the new flag position. They also anchored our external radio antenna to the balcony where we had simply had the antenna sitting atop a rail on the old balcony. Brad even called on Friday, the 1st of July to make sure we knew his crew would not be working on Monday the 4th! He left nothing for us to assume. The balcony is exactly what we wanted it to be, and our neighbors have been amazed at the quality of work. If you need a patio cover or deck, we highly recommend Cornerstone Custom Patio Covers.
