+ -1 moreThis was the third computer we've brought to Coast, and each time we were very satisfied with the results, the quick turn-around, and reasonable cost. Would highly recommend Coast for any computer hardware or software issues.
Description of Work: PLEASE NOTE: THEIR ADDRESS IS 17933 MAGNOLIA ST, FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA 92708. We had them trouble-shoot our son's laptop, which would not boot up. He was very concerned that he not lose his iTune files.Luckily, they were able to correct the problem without losing any data.

+ -1 moreThough I was uneasy about leaving my computer for a couple of days - I never had done that - I was glad to get it back on time, for the exact amount of money quoted. The computer works well now, and I've been using their backup program regularly.
Description of Work: Computer crashed and was unusable, and microsoft customer service told me they would have to reinstall my XP OS for $75, which would erase my files. I went to Coast Computer in Huntington Beach to back up my files first, and decided to just let them do the whole job. They thoroughly went through my hard drive and fixed all the glitches without having to reinstall XP. They also put in a free program to back up my files once a week, and showed me how to do it.

+ -1 moreThey are a small business, but they did are a really good job. I took my computer there on a Friday night and it was ready for me the following morning. The rates were really cheap as well.
Description of Work: I took my computer into their shop and they cleaned out my hard drive, installed some new software and removed some old corrupted files and programs. They upgraded my ram as well.

+ -1 moreCOAST COMPUTER TECHNICIANS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HOWEVER, THE PRICE THEY ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME WAS LESS THAN THE FINAL BILL. AFTER SOME NEGOTIATION WE CAME TO AN AGREED UPON PRICE.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE FAILED AND WE HIRED COAST COMPUTER TO PERFORM DIAGNOSTICS TO SEE IF IT COULD BE FIXED AND DATA RETRIEVED.
