Sam Gates has a wonderful work ethic, with a very special attention to detail. My chimney looks brand new! I can't believe how nice it looks, and he left the work site absolutely clean. CSM was able to squeeze in my small job right before a major holiday. Sam was quick to respond to my inquiry & gave me a price that seemed reasonable after I got another quote which I thought was way too high. Sam matched the stucco application & used brick cap on the new wall perfectly with my existing walls. I was pleased that he stopped midway because he had to re-route a sprinkler pipe - he could have built the wall on top of the pipe & I would never have known of the potential problem. Sam also got the colored stucco to match my existing walls, so that I avoided having to paint the wall. Very pleased with the workmanship.

Outstanding from start to finish. Sam and Alex arrived on the day they were scheduled and ON TIME! Each morning they arrived right at 8 and when they left each day (after working 8 hours) all equipment was neatly put away under a tarp. Sam has an artistic eye and made some suggestions on what we could do if we wanted. He showed us many samples of other types of jobs he had done besides block wall work. We received 7 bids for the job and certainly feel that we paid a fair price. It is obvious that Sam takes pride in his company and the work that is performed. We ended up adding to our initial job and our neighbor also wanted his card. We highly recommend Sam for your masonry needs.
