Description of Work: They arrived on time.Moved most furniture and did a good job. I probably wont use them again because I live at the beach and the carpet did not dry in the time stated.The young man was very nice and seemed to do a good job. I dont reacall the exact datebut it was sometime in July.

Description of Work: These guys were GREAT!!!!!....This Chem Dry uses the Legacy Chem Dry system and in my opinion its THE best!!!!.....they showed up on time were VERY professional and did a GREAT job even getting some rather stubborn stains out. We were very impressed and will definately be calling the again ...1 of my neighbors even came and got 1 of their cards to use them Overall all I can say is this Chem Dry Franchise is great even though they have changed the name to Chem Dry of Huntington Beach I guess after the former owner retired its still great!!! Do your carpets a favor and use Chem Dry!!!! and make sue they use the Legacy System !!!! We had 4 brd rooms a hall and 14 stairs cleaned along with a landing

+ -1 moreTHE MEN WERE FRIENDLY. IT TOOK TWO TO THREE HOURS TO CLEAN THE CARPET. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY HAD A PROFESSIONAL LOOK TO THEM. THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE INITIAL CALL. I DIDN'T LIKE THE CHEM DRY, THOUGH, BECAUSE SPOTS CAME BACK. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
