I used Angie's List to get bids from 3 providers. I went with Certa Pro. They were very close to the lowest bid and could schedule me right away. I would absolutely recommend this company. For the estimate and the days they worked, they were not only on time, but they were always parked outside my house 15 minutes early. They fished damaged areas on the walls, moved the furniture out and back and showed a high degree of professionalism. They use Sherwin-Williams paint. It's super smooth and I was amazed that there was almost no new paint smell. The house looks great and my husband and I are very happy with the results.

Their manager did the initial contact was very polite and helpful to us and within a week we had a written estimate. they started when agreed upon and finished on time.

The pressure wash was scheduled for 12N, however, the worker arrived early at 10:30 AM. The early start turned out OK because the compressor went out and he had to go back and get another one. When the worker returned, he promptly resumed work and systematically cleaned all painted surfaces including the garage, siding, stucco, undereaves, etc. He left the property neat and clean. I would definitely hire this company again for annual pressure wash.

They were professional throughout. Quality level was good. Have already called them to bid on more work!

The job was extremely well-done. The foreman was Moises, and he and his crew were extremely neat and professional while they did an outstanding job. I can be a nit-picker, and when I asked for certain areas to be touched up or changed slightly that was done cheerfully and without hesitation. One of the reasons I chose this company was because of other very positive reviews. I want to add my ringing endorsement to those that preceded me, as I was completely satisfied with the job. The entire neighborhood commented on how awesome the home looks after they were done. When we are ready to do some interior painting we will be calling Certa-Pro again. 2-3 men came out for the service. The crew was very professional and did a good job. The owner was very communicative and responsive. Scheduling was fairly easy, as well.

Certapro contacted me prior to the job to set up when they would arrive. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. The house was just as clean when they left as when they arrived. I have used them before and will use them again.

It was great! Serta Pro workers showed up when they said they would. They worked diligently throughout both days. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They left me was labeled paint for future touchups. They clearly showed me the calculation of cost using the coupon I purchased. I'm planning on having them come back to paint a few more rooms when my budget will allow me to have them back. CALL THEM. You won't be disappointed!

Certapro Painters of Huntington Beach did an excellent job painting the interior of my 2200 ft.sq. They were professional in all aspects of service.

They did a great job for the price. I gave them a "b" for not properly masking the surrounding area and broke some of my tile roof.9

They did a great job, on time, neat and professional.

I purchased the deal, it asked what dates I would like the service performed on. I gave them 3 options. I got an email from them telling me that they were not able to start this service until after the first of the year. I got some other company to perform the service instead. They did not start or finish any part of the project.

They were fantastic. The owner is Patrick Wade. I called 3 companies. Their company actually answered the phone and she was very pleasant. Patrick Wade called me back right away and set up an appointment to come out and gave us an estimate. In between the time he gave the estimate and we decided to do the work, our situation changed so we didn't want as much done. He was very flexible in working with us to adjust his estimate downward to meet our new set of needs. His guys were here on time and worked really hard. They did a fabulous job. The house looks fabulous and we've had several neighbors stop by and ask for the name of the painter. He did the job in September and he followed up with an email thanking us for our business and asking us for any feedback. The initial estimate called for 2 coats and we told him that we were probably going to sell the house in the spring so he said that we didn't need 2 coats which dropped the price. He was expensive but we absolutely got our money's worth so you do get what you pay for. The quality matched the price.

We will be using them to paint our large, tri-plex property in early December 2013. Matthew is very responsive and great to work with. I will check in after the work is complete with a final review.

This is the 2nd time I have used CertaPro HB. Patrick came out to do the estimate. He noted specific areas that needed some prep work prior to painting. I pointed out some areas that I was considering addressing and he added them to my quote as optional items pending my final decision. Patrick told me it would be a 3-4 day job. Patrick pulled out his portable printer and printed me a quote on the spot. A short time later, after getting other quotes, I scheduled the work with CertaPro HB. We scheduled the start of the job to begin on 11/25/13, the Monday before Thanksgiving. I was told that the painting team would be off on Thanksgiving, but would begin work again the following day. There was rain forecasted for that Friday, so I was told the team would work on the weekend to get the job done. The optional items from my quote were included in my contract. Kimo, David, and Xael came out to do the job. They power washed on Monday. Kimo called to point out some stucco areas that needed to be patched. He told me that he would put some paint over those areas so I could see what they looked like and I could choose whether or not to patch them. After looking at those areas, I chose to have them stucco patched. We wrote up the change in the order and Kimo's team did the patchwork. It was not exceptional patchwork, but it was serviceable. Some parts were a bit rough and not blended well. But, to their credit, the team did their best to sand it down and make it look as natural as possible. We agreed that it was patchwork and it was not going to look exactly like the existing stucco. Kimo worked on the patchwork for a couple of days while the others painted other parts of the house. The team painted all week taking Thursday off for the holiday and Friday off for rain. They returned on the weekend. By Sunday, they still were not finished with the job. I was told they were out of stucco patch and white paint. They could not go buy more that Sunday. I cannot remember the reason they gave as to why. The following Monday, Xael showed up alone thinking he would finish that day. There was still a lot of work to be done and he did not finish. He came back on Tuesday by himself and finally finished at 4pm after spending all day there. Overall, the house looked pretty good. Ultimately, I am pretty happy with the job. There were two things I was a bit disappointed with. One was attention to detail. There was some bubbling in some of the wood from old paint jobs that needed to be sanded down and repaired before painting. Patrick pointed that out. The guys did not do it. They painted over the bubbles. I had to point out to them that it was in the contract. So they had to go back over those spots. Another part of the contract was to paint the walls and eaves of my neighbors' garages that abutted my property. The guys did not seem to know that. I had to point it out. It just appeared that they had not read everything that they were supposed to do. The other disappointment was the length of time it took. I was told 3-4 days to complete the job. It actually took 7 (M, T, W, Sa, Su, M, T). That takes into account taking Thursday and Friday off. Granted I added some patchwork to the stucco to the order. But, I don't think that should have added 3 days to my job. If all three of the team returned on Monday, I don't think they would have needed to come back on Tuesday. If they had enough paint and stucco patch on Sunday, maybe they could have avoided coming back on Monday. I am not sure. I also grant that my mom and I were out there a lot pointing out various things that should be addressed. That probably caused a few delays. We could have just let them finish and then address concerns at the end. I don't know what time that would have saved. Or, the other possibility is that the time was just underestimated. Maybe it was not a 3-4 day job to begin with. It's hard to say. One thing to keep in mind was that the entire team was very responsive to our requests. Once I pointed out things that were supposed to be addressed per the contract, they addressed them. When we found additional spots that needed to be patched, they fixed them. If paint needed to be touched up, they did it. The work itself was good. Xael did a good job cleaning up. He got pretty much all the paint chips from the grass and garden areas. To sum it all up, I am satisfied with the work and would use CertaPro again. I understand that it is never perfect. Anyone could spend all day finding little things wrong that could be improved. A little more attention to detail and a job more quickly done and it would have been near perfect.

I thought the final estimate for interior painting would take two days and price would be around $1,000. CertaPro's final estimate was over $3,000, which is more than I wanted to pay for the job.

They were quick to respond and to do the job. They were good. I would recommend them.

Of the four estimates I received not only was CertaPro's proposal the most reasonable, it was also by far the most professional. I may have selected them even if they had been a bit higher than the competition just based on the quality of their proposal. Working with eight different owners in our condo project can be challenging but they did a great job of informing us on what to expect and how to prepare. They arrived on time every morning and did a great job of keeping the work site clean throughout the two week process. The finished job was excellent and there is a great warranty to back it up. I would definitely recommend them.

It went very smoothly. They started on time and requested to work late. Quote was for 4 days - actual was fully complete in 3. There were were usually 4 painters working and sometimes 5. All of the painting was top notch. This is the best paint job we have ever had. I plan to use them again.

I specifically requested an estimate on staining and painting double entry wood doors. When the estimator arrived he stated that they no longer do sanding and painting. He stated that he would contact me to with the name and number of a referral. I never heard from him again, despite my repeated calls.

Matthew came on Friday, September 27 and gave me an estimate of what could be done by two painters in a day. It was more than I had expected. Because I was having company over on the 6th, he arranged for the painting to occur on the 30th of September, which was the Monday after he came to estimate. Arturo and Javier arrived on time and started prepping the areas. By the end of the day, the walls were beautiful, no spills or runover occurred and I was thrilled with the work.

Estimator came out a week before and was punctual and professional. He was able to email the quote the same day. The painters completed the work without any surprises. All in all, very happy with their work!

The best service imaginable. From the quote with Patrick through the scheduling with Lucy and finally the job with Jimmy, it went well. No mess or fuss and the job is beautiful. I could not ask for anything more.

Matthew S. was the sales rep who came to the house. He did a very good sales presentation. I was having trouble getting a paint sample to match my awning. He offered the service of a colorist at no charge. She came out and helped me get the prefect match. Lucy was my contact in the office. She was efficient in emailing proposals and supportive during the whole process. Noe was the foreman I worked with. His attitude that he could and would solve any issues was wonderful. When Noe and his crew first arrived, I was a little surprised that he was not aware of some of the details of the project. But once I went over everything with him, he and his crew were great. Each day they arrived on time and left with the work area cleaned up. They estimated 5-7 work days to complete the job. They completed it in 5 days. Their final clean-up was amazing. As with any paint job, you find a few 'holidays,' Noe and his crew readily re-painted certain areas as needed. I felt very comfortable discussing any of my concerns with Noe. Overall working with Certapro Painters of Huntington Beach was a very positive experience. I particularly liked that I did not have to pay them until I was satisfied with the job.
