They did very well. I was very happy. The price was very good. It was fair. They weren't the cheapest but for the job they did, it was fair. The quality of work was excellent. Once they started, they did the job quickly.

It turned out just fine. Their professionalism was okay. The workers were nice. I should have got the service the first time instead of the third time.

This work was performed in July 2015, and it took the team of three workers roughly five (5) days to complete. The sales person who came out to give us our estimate was punctual and very professional. The literature that they provide with the estimate gives you confidence that they know what they are doing and have proper licenses and insurance. One of the nice features that CertaPro Painters offered was the services of an interior designer, Mary Skelton, to assist to paint color selection. Mary arrived on time and was able to help us choose the paint colors that would work with our furnishings in about 45 minutes. She wrote down notes about what paint colors to use in which rooms. We would have struggled for hours if left to our own devices. We are happy with the paint colors. The painting job was quoted as taking 5-6 days and they pretty much completed in the specified time. The painters could have paid a little more attention to detail. They didn't go through the house and patch without our prompting. They didn't wipe dust off surfaces (we would have done so if they had told us to do that as part of prep). I noticed drips in the paint on the beam in the ceiling of the bathroom and pointed it out to them. The painting supervisors did come out near the end of the job and we showed them the items that we thought needed to be re-done and the painting crew accommodated our requests. Even though we had an opportunity to inspect and mark areas that needed touch up, we didn't catch everything until a week or two later. For instance, they didn't paint completely behind the toilet tanks and they didn't paint the horizontal surface of an alcove that was near the ceiling in our bedroom. The thing that bothered me most was that I questioned whether they needed to prime the walls in our bathrooms, because I suspected they were painted in oil-based gloss paint. The lead painter said it wasn't oil-based paint. Well, a few months later, I noticed that the base boards in the bathroom had paint scraped off. The adhesion of the water based paint over the oil-based paint is very poor. In fact, in my walk-in closet, I noticed it immediately after I loaded my shoes back onto the shelves, and the paint lifted off when I lifted my shoes off the shelves. I contacted CertaPro when this happened, and the lead painter returned to re-paint my closet (with oil-base paint or perhaps he primed and then painted - I wasn't there to observe). Unfortunately that process left little bits of dried paint in the newly painted surface. As I was writing this review, I came across the customer comment sheet that my husband filled out on what should have been the last day of painting (before they came back to re-do my closet). He gave them mainly high ratings except for attention to detail, where he marked them down. With the passage of time, I would give them a mixed rating...

Not very good, I told tat the painters them self were excellent but I think that the boss by the name of Rob Koch I think he should go back to school and learn how to be an entrepreneur. I have a two story house it's quiet large it's clapboard all though I have painted it just about every twelve years being that we here in California we have a lot of sun and too not much rain some of the boards got kind of rotted out and in his proposal he was going to change this change that repair this repair that at the end he didn't wanted to repair anything he wanted me to get somebody to repair it and I did get somebody to repair it and I just subtracted it from his final payment. because you get a franchise you know so many somebody in Arizona has a wonderful person running the franchise I think this little guy is very young and I think he still white behind his ears he doesn't know how to please the customer they left big spots all over my back porch which I'm gonna have to some how get rid of and he knew that I told him and he said don't worry about it we are not finish yet when we are finish we going to clean everything up and they didn't clean it up so and I am eighty four years old and it's hard for me to really get down there and clean those spots.

We used Certa Pro. We used them May of last year. It cost $3250.

It went very well. We selected our own paint colors, and after the first two hours of work we decided it wasn't a good color. They graciously waited for us to get more samples and we painted several swatches on the wall and made a change the next day and they re-painted what they had completed the prior day. After they painted another room, we switched colors AGAIN for the front of the house. We were difficult clients, obviously, but they never made us feel that way. They were really great to work with and never complained (they did charge us cost for the first batch of ooops paint, but no charge for repainting!) They were prompt, clean, and respectful of our home. They did a great job.

We were very impressed with the quality and price of the work they did for our church. They even replaced a rotten facia board. I am so happy with what they did, I'm going to get a bid for my house and my Mom's also. John T

They were great! They did a wonderful job. The price was extremely reasonable. They showed up on time, they were clean, and very tidy. We have 15-foot ceilings and walls so they did a great job.

They did a good job. They stood by their work. They were fine. Their prices were competitive. The quality ended up being good.

They were timely and efficient with their work. It was a huge job: lots of holes in the wall, torn seams in the ceiling, and lots of dark colors to go over. The men worked hard and the paint job was perfect. There was no spill, no drip lines, and no mistakes made with the paint. I mean it looks sharp!

Jose worked non-stop during a heat wave in my non air conditioned place. Very impressed with his work.

They did a beautiful job. Arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. If only everyone could be this good.

All went well...showed up on time and finished the job one day ahead of schedule. Angel the foreman keep me informed on what they were doing and at end of day would let me know his plans for the next day. Angel and his crew were very nice, respectful and behaved professionally They cleaned up each day after they were finished fro the day,

It didn't work out well. Eventually, they did the right thing. The guy that was working for me quit before the job was over. At the end of the day, they did what needed to be done but the process was kind of clunky. I feel bad because the guy they hired didn't do a good job. He quit before it was finished and then they had to send somebody else out. I couldn't recommend them again. I would tell other members that they should be sure to meet with the person who's doing the work and get references on them. It's like they kind of sub it out to guys that did work for them but the guy actually doing the work is more important than the company itself. It's not that the company is behind them but customers are really dealing with the person who is actually doing the painting. They weren't the highest, they weren't the lowest, but we were hoping they would be the best. They told us they'd be there at certain times and we'd rush back and nobody was there. They eventually completed the job but it was a difficult process; there were still little issues here and there. It was a problem with the owner of the company not being able available and the guy that actually did the work quitting on the job. The sales guy, when we finally got engaged, came out and did the right thing and did it right but that didn't take from the rest of the experience and problems from it.

We don't recommend them. There were a lot of missed places, and they got the paint drippings on the window shades, and things like that.

Great work performed, showed up on time. Real professional.

Professional, paid attention to detail, pleasure working with JC and Jim. I couldn't be happier with the results!!

On time each and everyday, prepared well and covered all surface areas before painting. Did a beautiful job on both the interior and the exterior. We have a fairly large home and they had great attention to detail, rolled the paint on the exterior, painted gates and checked all the trim for termite damage. Discussed what they found with us in detail before proceeding. We would use them again came out on the last day had us check the job out and gave us tape to mark anything we find in the future. Told us to give them a call and they would return and fix it. Payment due at the end of the job.

As I said above, I give CertaPro an "A" rating but there were some minor issues that came up during the job. These issues were either corrected on the site or the bill was changed (lowered) to reflect the issue I had a problem with. That all said, be your own advocate, do your research and know what any contractor is supposed to do at your property. Keep an eye on what is going on and don't be afraid to speak your mind with things you don't like. Above all else, READ THE CONTRACT prior to signing it!! There were a few missed points on my contract and CertaPro was quick to change them once I pointed them out prior to signing.

Very pleased with Cetrapro- will use gain in the future

He came on time for the estimate, but never sent me the written report or gave a verbal estimate.
