Overall, I am very happy with the work performed by Certa Pro Painters. What Pat quoted the job to be is what the job cost came out to be.

Pat gave a quote and went into great detail and even wrote everything up before he left my house. 3 painters arrived and finished within the day and did a great job painting and cleaning up. Would definitely use again very friendly people.

I used CertaPro for the exterior of an older home in Long Beach. I?d been through all the personal referrals searching for a qualified painter with proper insurance and licensing ? very frustrating - so tried the Costco referral program and the Better Business Bureau. CertaPro had excellent referrals, an A rating from BBB and all the appropriate insurance and licensing ? a huge relief. I contacted Pat, he met me at the house on a Wednesday - very nice, very professional ? we walked the job and he provided me a detailed written quote with measurements, pictures, my exact paint selections, and an excellent price on the spot. I signed the contract that Friday, the crew started Monday, and by that Thursday afternoon, the work was done. Eight days ? meeting to finished! The painting crew ? run by Phillip - was professional, qualified, and the painting work was great. In addition to straight exterior painting of an older stucco house including trim, they handled stucco repairs, some light concrete patch, they hung new window flower boxes, painted concrete patios and rod iron fences and even the garage interior. Everything was cleaned up every day and they worked seamlessly with the separate electrical and window covering contractors. During the work, my realtor along with several neighbors commented about how the job was progressing quickly and what a great job they were doing. I am very pleased with the quality of work, timeliness, professionalism and value. Pat Wade runs CertaPro of Huntington Beach professionally, like a business ? as it should be ? and it was refreshing to find. I didn?t hesitate to provide this reference.

Overall experience with owner Pat Wade and his painters was very positive. Pat always responded to my phone calls and email in a timely manner. Job was started and completed as scheduled. Painters cleaned up end of each day. Fernando and Antonio didn't waste time and did a great job. I felt like I got what I paid for.

Received a timely written quote from the owner, Pat Wade. Work started on time and was completed a day early by Phillip and his workers. Phillip also assisted me with selection of color of trim, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. This was a very positive experience from the start to the finish.

Called CertaPro Painters for info and within an hour the owner showed up. Owner was prompt, professional, and courteous. Gave me samples of colors and I picked out 3, the next morning (as promised) a painter showed up with the paint. I made my choice, he preped the wall/fence and return the next moring to complete. He was fast, and again like the owner, prompt and professional. Did a fantastic job, cleaned up, and said if I had any problems to call. The following day owner called to see if I was happy with the work. Even though this was a small job, they were just as concerned and ready to please as if it were a big job.

The two individuals doing the painting were honest young men of the highest character driven to provide a finished product worthy of our total satisfaction. They took pride in what they do as well as how they do it. Both were diligent and hard working and neither made any personal cell phone calls while on the job. Their painting skills exceed their years as can be seen in the high quality of their workmanship. They were a joy to have in our home & they provided the highest quality painting job of all those we have previously had done.
