 + -1 moreI contacted them to see if I could get a free estimate on a bathroom remodel. Someone answered and let me know that they were in the field and to email them my contact information and what time would work for me. I emailed them about coming out and put a 2 hour window of 9:00-11:00 am and asked them in the email to let me know if that worked for them. I never heard back from them and so on the day that I requested the appointment I called to see if they were going to come to my home. The same guy answered and said that no he wasn't coming and that time didn't work for him, how about the next day at 9:00? So I said that would be great. Needless to say the next day at around 10:30 and I hadn't heard from anyone again, I called to check on it and this time the number went straight to voicemail. It's really disappointing to have your time wasted like that and if they were never going to come out or were too busy, I wish they would've have just said that.
