Jake and Nick did an excellent job. they were able to make adjustments in dealing with an older model mobil home and my specific needs and wants.

We had our house painted last month by Beach Boyz Painting & Jake is the owner. He sent a crew of one so it took awhile to get it done since it needed a lot of prep work on the wood trim. Joe the painter was accommodating but would have breezed through the prep work if my husband had not been checking his work. It seems though that Joe painted the exterior trim with interior satin paint instead of exterior semi gloss paint as recommended by XXXX XXXXX . This will not hold up to the weather. Joe gave us the leftover paint & that is when I discovered the mistake. I called Jake & he denied it was the wrong paint but could never show proof he had bought the correct paint for our trim & was very belligerent, refusing to correct the mistake. After about 2 weeks of going back & forth he then sent Joe over to repaint the trim with the correct paint that WE purchased. We then found out from Joe that Jake knew all along it was NOT the right paint but told Joe to continue using it. My experience with Jake was very negative & I do not trust him. Joe was nice. I stand by my review. Joe told us that Jake knew it was the wrong paint. He only repainted because my husband threatened to take action against him.

This was the worst painting in forty years of having properties painted. Just a waste of time to use this company. Very disappointed is the best I can say for them. They sent a painter to the job that, used poor quality paint, missed many small areas, completely missed some bathrooms, and on an on. The only positive thing I can say about the painter, was he did not appear to be drinking or on drugs, but his work appeared to be that of either someone on drugs or drinking.

This local company did a professional and meticulous job with my seaside house. They returned multiple times to finish details. Very happy.

First off, Nick(the Painter)is great at his job! He did fantastic work. Slow, but fantastic. Miscommunication at the beginning, started off late. Different "crew" of one guy to do a very large job. One week job turned into two. "They" never had enough paint. Nick was brought in last second... so didn't know what he was getting into. Dario was a nice guy but didn't write everything on the bill very specifically so there was obvious communication errors with the actual person doing the painting. All in all a pleasant experience.

After i paid his deposit of 25% he no call no showed the job the very next day. No response to VM or text. Stay away.

If I could give Jake and his team a 10 star rating, I would. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would, and at a price that was competitive with others.

Performed exterior wood siding home wtih lots of small window panes. included detail trim on all windows and repairing old wood facia board. bid the work at a great price. showed up the next week and completed in close to estimated time. Very good work, house is beautiful. Very polite nice guys. The guy that bid the job showed up to help do the work all week. I like doing business with small companies like this that are owner operated. Did not get a bid from a salesman, then have a crew show up that you never dealt with. great experience.

They were on the ball and did everything they said they were going to do. The were flexible with my schedule being tight.
