Alpha Fence Company was one of 4 bids I had for a new fence. A representative came out to see the job and give me a price. He was punctual in giving me a bid and references. The estimate was clear and the price fair. We talked to one of references, that live in our neighborhood. He was very pleased with the work and responsiveness of the company. The only reason that I choose not to use their services was because my neighbor, with whom I share the fence, wanted a friend of his to do the work. I would recommend Alpha and consider them in the future.

Everything went well. They installed the fences quickly and understood the need to complete the job timely. Due to the property lines, we were dealing with 5 different properties and two had pools. I am very pleased at how they approached all the neighbors to make sure everything went well.

I first contacted Alpha Fence for a free estimate on the replacement of our wood fence. They came out and took the necessary measurements and got back to me several days later with the estimate. Their initial estimate lacked the detail of others that I received. I requested a revised estimate and the delay in receiving it was a little longer than I anticipated. After reviewing all estimates, I decided to go with Alpha Fence. The actual job took five days, mainly due to coordinating the inspections. We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done. They took the necessary precautions to insure that the work sight was clean and clear of debris. We appreciate their professionalism throughout the process and would definitely recommend this company.

Alpha's estimator came to my home and took measurements for a new glass panel fence in my back yard. He was supposed to get the information back to me within a few days. After ten days of no communications, I called Alpha. They promised to get the estimate back to me that same day but again, no word. I never did hear back from them. Ultimately the job went to Akme Glass and A-Rising Construction for the concrete work. I'm glad it turned out this way because these two contractors did a great job but it's very strange that Alpha just ignored what turned out to be nearly $10K worth of work.

The fence itself seems well built and the price was competitive. Unfortunately the customer communication needs a lot of work. I had to call and email several times before getting answers to simple questions like: "When are you coming back to finish my fence."

I called Alpha Fence to give me a quote on a section of fence and gate that needed to be replaced. The rep arrived punctually at the appoinment time, looked at what needed to be done and then told me that he was going directly back to his office and would e-mail me a quote. I never heard from him again. I tried contacting him again to get the quote, but got no response. If a company is too busy or my job is not important, it would be nice if they took the time to let me know.

They did a very nice job. I was very happy with them.

The installation was quick and efficient and very well done.

The guy came out, we spoke to him sensibly about what we wanted, and he measured. We never heard from him again. We never got an estimate from him. It is strange that a company would go to the trouble of having someone come out and do the measuring, and then they cannot be bothered to send an estimate.

Alpha Fence was recommended by one of my neighbors. Their bid was not the cheapest but was competitive and they had good references. They were very professional and did a great job. I would use them again in the future if a similar need arises.

If I were these workers, I think I would have left after the first day. Every single one of my neighbors came out to them and badgered them. (they were ticked because they did not want to spend the money on a fence that was fallen down!), but I pursued it legally.... and won. The workers went above and beyond in trying to fix up some of the neighbors things without charging them to make sure they gave US the most secure and best looking fence possible. After it was done, the screaming unhappy neighbors came out and said "Ohhhh pretty fence". If Alpha pleased them, they WILL please you! I love my fence!
