I called Air Vista at 10:00 am. Gary made an appointment for 1:30 pm. At noon Gary called and asked if it would be ok to come earlier, I said ok. He arrived at 12:35, performed tests and repaired heater and left and 1:05 pm. He was very polite and performed work in a professional manner.

Technician (Gary) was responsive, prompt and professional. Price was reasonable for worked performed. Would definitely refer company to others.

In the midst of that horrible heatwave last summer our A/C died completely. Since it was over 25 years old, and a pipe from the unit burst, leaking water from the second story, we assumed we needed a complete new unit. Gary came to our house, on time, and after reviewing the problem agreed that the unit was shot. However, since everyone in Orange County was in need of A/C in July of '06, he suggested that he try to repair it, in the hope of getting us a little relief while we waited. He duct-taped the burst pipe, cleaned out the hoses and tubes, and worked a little magic, and added freon. He worked so fast and efficiently, and wouldn't take any money at the time because he wanted to see if it worked for awhile before we paid him. IT WORKED better than ever, and for the rest of the summer we had icy cool air in our house----better than it had ever worked before. WE still have the unit thanks to Gary. He was a genius and generous and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Gary of Air Vista arrived promptly for the estimate bid. He was able to schedule the installation quickly, and the installation was completed much more quickly than we expected. He and his assistant carefully used drop cloths around the installation area, and cleaned up the installation area nicely. After the inspection by the City, they promptly took care of the requested changes by the city inspector at no charge.

Gary showed up when he said he would, worked quickly, and gave me advice I thought was honest (didn't try to sell me new equipment -- told me to hold on to what I had for as long as possible.) Will definitely call him again for any heating or air conditioning needs. It took him a few days to return my initial call but in all fairness, it was in the middle of a record-setting heatwave and I know he was swamped.

Arrived on time for bid and again on time to do the work. Bid was $300 but they only invoiced me for $275! Nice job. Tech was knowledgeable and cleaned up at end of work.

Responded in one day. Arrived on time. Made temporary repair to restore heat. Returned next day with factory part. Knowledgeable, friendly, competent. Can enthusiastically recommend.
