A Better View has cleaned thousands of residential windows since it began back in 1995. All work is done by the owner and is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We are fully licensed, bonded, & insured. One thing that sets us apart from the competition is the way that we care for our customers’ home. A few examples of that are: •We always wear booties (shoe covers) while in your home. •We also have protective pads for the tops of our ladders to protect both the inside and outside of your home. •Drop cloths are used to protect the furnishings in your home.

Description of Work: Corey did an excellent job cleaning all the windows of our two story house. He takes great care and is very systematic in removing the screens and ensuring that they will go back to the right windows. When I first called just a few days in advance, Corey first said he was unavail the day/time I needed the work done. After a few minutes, he decided he could make time due to the limited scope of the job. (just a few windows - one story) Corey showed up right on time even though I negelected (spaced) to return his call to confirm. He went right to work and got all my windows nice and sparkley. He has real trick equipment to get the sreens very clean and dry nice and fast. The only reason he got a B is cuz the interior sills weren't 100%. I didn't realize he did rescreeening and asked if he had time to replace my kitchen slider screeen. He sure did and that made me real happy, too. I will call him again and utilize some of his other services, too.
Description of Work: Corey cleaned my windows and screens & also replaced the kitchen screen slider without previous notice. I could tell the windows were very clean due to the extra light coming in the house that afternoon!

I called Corey and he came over right away to give an us estimate. Based on other ratings from Angie's list and finding the price fair, we decided to go ahead and hire him on the spot. We had to reschedule the first date that we set because it was raining that day. The day before the second scheduled date, Corey called to confirm our appointment. He was very prompt in getting there at the agreed time, courteous and very professional. He did a great job with the windows and cleaned out all the grooves that were very dirty. The job took longer than he had anticipated, but he didn't charge any more for the job. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Corey washed all our windows, sliding glass doors, and skylights both inside and outside. He also washed all the screens on the windows and sliding glass doors.

Corey is super professional and when he leaves you can't even tell he has been there except for the fact that you have sparkling- beautiful windows.

Cory came out solo (he usually has a co-worker) and spent almost 8 hours power washing my house and patios and then cleaning all of my windows. The windows were in horrible condition; filthy screens, lime (salt?) deposits on the front windows, and there was a noticeable difference in the amount of light coming into the home after he finished. He was very respectful of the house, keeping his tools with him and removing his shoes before he came inside. He was alone in the house for much of the time and also was very kind in letting my 6 yr. old son "help" a little bit. While this visit was quite pricey, he said that for jut the window washing it'd be about $275 on an every 3-6 month basis. All in all I was very happy with the work.
