He came over before I ordered my window for an estimate, and helped me to know exactly what I needed to order so that the window would match the other existing windows in my 1931 Spanish style home. He communicated with the window maker to ensure it was made to my specifications. He came ON TIME and ready to go. They were very careful with my window and delicate with the house framing as we had just installed new cabinetry. He ensured that my new cabinets, new marble countertops and new fixtures were not harmed in anyway. He ensured it was centered and placed to my height specifications. He then installed waterproofing materials. I was very happy with the job he did, my finisher came to do the stucco work and said that "whoever installed this windo did an exceptional job." He is a great, trustworthy and went above and beyond to help me get this window ordered and installed. Such a great experience!!!
