+ 0 moreThe project went smoothly. Loren and his crew arrived promptly by 8 AM, cleaned up at the end of the day, consulted us whenever he had a question, and was professional throughout. The project took longer because when they were digging to remove the old post on one of the gates, they discovered that concrete had been poured around the gas main leading from the house. He stopped everything, telephoned us, and then telephone and arranged for PG&E to come inspect the problem. It was resolved with PG&E, but he took no chances in proceeding without proper guidance. We would hire him again for other projects which we need done, such as sheet-rocking a room for re-painting.
Description of Work: Loren and his crew (usually 2 other workers) built a deck for us and also built and installed two gates. He also did a couple of extra small projects, installed two new electrical outlets, one inside the house and the other outside. He obtained all of the materials for the project. We found him via a window installation project. He had subcontracted with a company in San Jose to install double-paned windows in several rooms of our home. We were impressed with his work and asked him to bid on the deck project.
