Company was hired to do some pre-wiring for a new hot tub. When they came they did not have the parts and had to leave several times. The end product looked good and they did work well into the night to complete and came under the estimate. The issue I have with them is that my husband prearranged for them to come over and hook up the hot tub once it was delivered. I got the confirmation of the delivery and called and left a message at office number, I also called and left a message on the owner's cell phone. I did not receive a call back. I called again in the morning and spoke to Josh advising that the hot tub installers were now here and would be ready for him in an hour. He asked to speak to the installers so I handed him the phone. The installer informed me that he was on a project and that they would be by this afternoon to complete the job. This meant I had to sign a paper saying the hot tub was delivered and working without being able to verify this. At 4:15 pm still not having heard back from the Electrician I called the cell phone again and left a message. At 5:15 pm I called again asking him to at least to call me back to confirm that he was not coming because I had pending plans for the evening. He never returned my calls and it is now 2:15 pm the next day and I still have not heard from him. Although I realize that this is not a huge money making job, we had other bigger jobs that we planned on using him for in the future that he was aware of. I now have a very expensive hot tub sitting in my back yard which I will be unable to use until I find a new electrician on Monday and only hope that the work he did so far will not need to be done. His lack of follow though, calling me back or showing up for job means he has lost our business.
