+ -1 moreJG team showed up at the appointed time surveyed the work to be done and appeared to take good notes. The estimate, along with others arrived in a timely manner, upon review I noted I wished to add additional scope. The builder said they'd get back to me. Over the period of a month no update was provided despite multiple emails, phone calls and text. Not sure if I got lost in the shuffle or what ... but at the end of the day they were unresponsive. Which is of course frustrating. I did not get to see their work, just the front end contract effort.

+ -1 moreHe was outstanding. Professional, Attitude, Details and meticulous. Absolutely perfect. He fabricate the pieces to make it work and last week he came out to gave me an estimate.
Description of Work: He did laminate floors and put new stairway with redwood and copper railings.
