When they first started they were good. As time went on, they would start missing weeks and still bill me full price. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone at the office. Calls were not returned and numerous attempted estimates for other landscaping I needed done went unanswered. They still charge full price for missed weeks. I only had my front yard done and the past 6 months or so, I noticed no weeds being pulled. When it rains they don't come out. Ok, I can understand that. But why can't they come out the next day, or give me a discount for missed services? I finally called the General Manager of the company to make a complaint about numerous missed weeks. And again, no return call. I will not use this company again.

They seem a it pricey. They charge 80 dollars a month to just do the front yard. I know people that have their front and back yard done for 80 dollars a month. I also wanted an estimate for my back yard. They sent a guy out months ago. He measured and spray painted the dirt in my back yard, said he would email me within 2 days with an estimate and I never heard from him again. I called the office numerous times and they kept telling me that they would get back to me the next day. I never heard from them. The guys that come out and maintain my front yard do a very good job. I wish I could say the same for the office people. They either don't want the business or are too busy.

I had tracked them down by a referral from a general contractor that had recently built several homes in my culd-sac. I liked the work I saw and requested a quote for yard clean up which I had lost control of; shubs over grown, tree's in need of trimming, flower beds filled in with weeds. They arrived at the agreed upon time for the quote which I found to be reasonable based on other work I had performed previously. I was happy with the outcome and had them do another job which entailed laying down bark. After these two jobs I requested a quote for yard service and have been happy with the job they have performed. They currently come to the house weekly where they mow, trim, hedge and repair sprinkers as needed. I've been very happy with their work and would recommend them to others.
