Charge $3000 so I could dig. Install drain trap and run a camera. I had to do most pressure running buy my own snake to do there job. Next time recommend roter rooter

I highly recommend 5 Point Plumbing for all your plumbing projects for 2 reasons: 1) They care about their reputation - they are very professional and do a great job, 2) Customer satisfaction is a priority for them. 5 Point Plumbing worked on venting my heat pump water heater in the garage to the exterior. My garage used to be very cold before the venting and is now comfortable. My circulation pump got damaged during the work and they replaced it as part of the warranty for the job. This quality of service earned them more work from me as they later worked on clearing a clog in my shower drain. When a former employee (Manuel Aguilar) who was fired for incompetence lied about still being an employee and did another job for me, Omar provided a 2 year warranty to cover the work. Regarding the former employee, Manuel Aguilar, he is a crook! If you ever run into him pretending to be a 5 Point Plumbing employee please beware! He’s incompetent - does poor plumbing work - and doesn’t have the integrity to show up if there’s an issue. His incompetence got him fired from 5 Point Plumbing, but he’s now doing the dishonorable thing of stealing 5 Point Plumbing customers.

waisted more than two weeks of my time living with bad water. Didn't show up on the first scheduled appointment. Offered to do the quote via email and totally miss quoted. The price increased 6 times from what was originally quoted. Decided to move on, since the company didn't care about the time of their customers and their own, just wanted to drive around hunting for a big check for a few hours of work.

Hot water heater troubleshooting

Not well! First they came and gave a estimate $1,600.00, we said it was to much so he came back with $1,100.00 a reduced price. When he returned to install it took several hours, heard loud hammering, he seamed to be struggling. The repair man came into our home with out a face mask on, with the threat of Covid we sent him out. Then the part he installed on top leaked, he said we needed a new part and it would cost $500.00. We tried to call several times to get the leak repaired and they wouldn’t return our calls or answer the phone. Finally we called from another phone number and they answered. We told them we wanted them to repair the leak for the original price. It didn’t leak before and we wanted it fixed. Otherwise we would call our credit card company and stop the payment if it wasn’t repaired. They came and fixed the leak. The work looks sloppy, and it took 3 weeks to complete, and we had to threaten them so they completed the job. Not a good experience at all.

It was great. He showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would.

He checked our garbage disposal and removed it, cleaned it and done. I thought I need to replace to new one, but no-need for that. Thank you very much!!!

Went pretty well. I was unsure cause they’re a new company but the owner assured me they are all experienced . Definitely showed. Would use and refer my friends / fam to them
