+ -1 moreShowed up on date and time promised/ very professional and through, diagnosed problem, had to order a part. Said he would call and tell delivery time (he did) scheduled a time to come back and fix. Again showed up time and date promised fixed the problem. saved us replacement cost. We could not be more satisfied. The person demonstrates what superior customer service is about. We would definitely use again in the future.
