+ -1 moreKen was very diligent and able to work in difficutlt space over our King bed which we were not able to move. We are enjoying our cooler bedroom and don't have to listen to a noisy fan.

+ 2 moreI recently purchased a house for an investment. The previous owner never did any preventative maintenance. Since it was a short sale it was sold and quot;as isand quot;. The microwave didn't work and we were able to get an almost new one for free. My realtor recommended Ken and he came out an installed it. The termite inspector found some dry rotted roof rafters and also the side door of the garage was rotted out. Ken fixed both the dry rot and installed a nice pre hung door. We later discovered that literally all of the trim on the front of the house was in extremely poor condition and needed to be replaced. I had Ken put all new trim on the house. He did a great job. I found Ken to be very prompt and very honest. He showed up right on time and since I was paying him by the hour he worked his tail off. I was able to turn a house from poor condition to excellent condition in less than 2 weeks. I couldn't have done it without Ken. It is without reservation that I recommend him.
Description of Work: Replaced microwave oven, 2 doors, garage door and window trim. Also replaced rotten roof rafters.
