+ -1 moreEmad was unwilling to provide a written report of his findings—why? My guess is he doesn’t want to stand by his findings and/or he’s lazy and doesn’t want to. Either way, not someone you want to use as the basis for an eval of your house’s structural integrity when purchasing a home. He charges $400 for a “verbal” report with you—-useless when you are going thru escrow...

Description of Work: Obtain a Geotechnical Exploration Report (Soils report) for my home improvement to install Helical Pier(s) to support the foundation of my two balconies.
