Job was done right and on time. Very professional staff and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Job was done very well but charged is an extra 100 dollars because one of the fixtures was a ceiling fan. Said nothing about ceiling fans being extra till the electrician arrived.

I recently used prime electric to update my panel and add a dedicated line for my washer and dryer. Let me tell you they did such an amazing job very clean work and for a great price as well. They were so professional and friendly. I definitely recommend there services and will be calling them back again for any other electrical maintenance needed for my home.

I was really pleased with the quality of the service which matches the prices. Everything was as I expected and they completed the job in a timely manner.

I would never hire them again. The project that I initially hired them to do went well. However, I've contacted them a couple times since then and they will schedule an appt, but if something comes up where they can make more money doing another job, they won't show up. After a week or so goes by and they don't have anything else, they call and want to do the job. On another occasion I called with an emergency job that I needed done right away. I left a message on their voice-mail. They didn't try to call me back until a week later. I had already found someone else to fix my problem. The take away is that they won't take your business unless it's a larger job. They blow off everything else.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, honesty and not to mention pricing. On a scale from 1-10, 10 being most satisfied my overall score would be 11. Keep up the great work.
