Description of Work: First guy out stated they would trim tiles in 2 roof valleys debris builds up under them. 2nd guy shows up had asked him to call when enroute. he doesn't. left card on door when completed,I paid the bill over the phone,A couple days later I climbed on the roof to check the work and saw that only 1 of 2 valleys kinda cleaned out but tiles not trimed. I got my hose out and sprayed out valley #1 a noticeable amount of debris came out of that one showing he did not spend a lot of time cleaning out let alone trimming tiles. valley #2 absolutely not touched, I used hose to flush out that valley and roof leaked as reason why I had called them In first place. I could not completely flush out valley #2 either, but that was serious tile over lap in valley, Made a another appointment and insisted on |meeting them this time, as I wanted to make sure we were on the same page, he came out and after a little bit of the blow off about not trimming the tiles. With pry bar and hammer he forced up a couple tiles, pushed some further into place spent maybe 20 minuets doing that, probably the same on valley #1 on original time out, so basically I was ripped off for $600 services not as promised. Although the roof has not leaked as before. 40 min of total work ,was lied to, shody workmanship and 2nd guy out total blah blah BS er. First guy out very nice and sold what I thought a fair price for the service promised, Will defiantly not recommend or use them
