Jimmy Moore did an awesome job. His thorough inspection of the 1st house I was in escrow on saved me from making one of the biggest mistakes in my life!! That home would've ended up being a money pit & I found out that the 1500+ square foot addition didn't pass a final inspection!! So instead of buying what I was lead to believe was a 2880 square foot home, it would've only truly been legally a 1335 square foot home. Jimmy & a contractor friend of mine told me there were several "red flags" & to double check with the city planning department to make sure the addition had passed a final inspection, which was later confirmed that it hadn't. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You guys saved my butt on that one, so now I've had Jimmy do the home inspection on the another house that I've started in escrow on & he's found a few issues that will need fixing, but this home looks like a keeper!! I'm so glad you've helped me through all this & appreciate all you've done!! I would highly recommend these guys!! Thank you sooo much!!

I'm recommending Jimmy Moore because the whole process of getting the inspections was simple and easy from the first time I called him to get an estimate on the inspection. He explained his method of inspecting, his certifications and how he writes up his reports. When I called back to set up the appointment, he worked with our real estate agent to get in, do the inspection and we had our very thorough report within a few days. The report has been very helpful in prioritizing repairs (it's a fixer, so there was a lot to report).
