+ -1 moreHis repair was effective. Since we had to tear out a large amount of ceiling and wall drywall and another huge rain hit while it was open it was evident that there was no more leaking. Since I was dealing with the next door landlord and because the interior repairs would involve an insurance claim, Mario provided me with photos of the roof damage and repairs.
Description of Work: I first was seeking a bid for a complete roof replacement. Mario is the only one of 3 companies that I scheduled appointments with that actually showed up and on time!! His bid btw was competitive. Two days later I discovered a leak in another property that was an emergency situation. He responded and came out to diagnose the problem, gave me supporting evidence to include the neighboring owner to share the cost then scheduled the repair. On the scheduled day he called me twice to notify me of a delay, which I seriously appreciated, waiting and wondering is no fun and I didn't have to do that with Mario.
