California Plumber

Showed up an hour after quoted time frame, without calling first, as I requested. Looked at leak,said he would need to order parts, and would call following day with price quote. Told me he would return Thursday for the repair (3 days out). Never called back with quote. Waited all day Thursday. No call, no show. Called at 6 PM and was told he had dialed a wrong number which happened to be disconnected. He did not bother to check the number that he had already spoken to me on in his cell phone and just did not follow through. Then said he would order the parts (which he was already to have done at this point) and return the following Tuesday for the repair. Waited Tuesday, no call, no show (meanwhile, the water's leaking away!). I called and left a message inquiring about the appointment. He left a message the following day to say he had failed me and wanted to re-schedule. I called another plumber

SHOWED UP AND PROFESSIONAL. i had to leave for a bit and jim finished his work and also made sure my puppies where okay. they are very affordable. never rude and shows up when they say. they are great ppl and locally owned. jim was very nice and friendly and got everything done right the first time. give them a chance you will never use another plumber again
