+ -1 moreKordyak Construction was like no other contractor that I have worked with before, and I've done remodel work on 3 previous houses. He dealt with all the other trades people, and he brought in really great people to do the work. The quality was way higher than I expected for the money. He returned my phone calls promptly, and kept me updated about the project timeline. It was a great experience and i will definitely hire him again for my future construction projects.
Description of Work: I bought a bank repo that needed an entire new kitchen and bath, plus they built a closet to move the laundry inside to one of the bedrooms. He also replaced all of the flooring in the house, most with hardwood floors. Painted some walls and ceilings. replaced bad wood moldings on various windows. Installed tempered glass in the built in breakfast nook. Installed new ceilings in the kitchen and bath, beautiful flat drywall work. Refinished the fireplace surround with stacked slate. Installed a sealed woodburning stove in the fireplace.
