I am an owner operator ,I am primarily a General Contractor and Designer. A resident of southern California all my life. I am capable of handling all of your residential construction and maintenance needs no project to small. I contract with reliable licensed sub contractors.As an Inspector for 20 yrs and a Designer for 35yrs I have the ability to resolve code issues and design issues.
