9/9/10 called to get an estimate and set up an appointment. Initially I had to leave a voicemail which is fine. They called back within an hour or two which was great. They set me up for an appointment for 8am 9/10/13. 8am on 9/10/13 came and went. No phone call / no show. Why is it so hard to find a decent roofer in the High Desert???

I called and received a quote instantly for the work. We determined that the travel time wasn't worth it. Great company to talk with.
Description of Work: Was trying to get a quote for work performed in Palm Springs area. We wanted a few roof tiles replaced due to damage. Great service but we quickly determined that the distance would add too much travel time. The project is on hold for now. Very satisfied with the service over the phone.
