Fresh Paint Painting

I interview 4 different contractor for this job. I hired Brad due to his fair pricing, but most importantly, based on his professionalism, first impression and great reviews on HomeAdvisor. My experience with him was excellent. He completed the job on time, he was very clean, he work with me with my multiple change order request, but most importantly, the end product was "BETTER" than I ever expected. I found Brad Thomas on the Home Advisor. I needed the facia board and all the gutters repainted on my two story house with the front rising almost 40 feet in height which was a difficult job without the use of lift. I didn't want the lift driven on top of my nice lawns and Brad was very sensitive to my concerns and devised a way of using very tall ladder to reach the peak at the front of the house. Furthermore, I asked him to use a a particular brand and quality of paint which Brad accepted without any hesitation or argument. Job required serious sanding, sealing of the leaking gutters that had deteriorated and the facia board's wood facing south & west. He performed the needed preparation which is the key to a good paint job very deligently and completed the project working 3 consecutive days. He even painted part of the stucco where the leaking gutter had left an ugly black stain. The color matched beautifully. Brad Thomas is an honest, conciencous, and a very thorough professional who woks to please his customer. I received three estimates and Brad was 25% lower than the highest bidder but 8% higher than the lowest bid. The reason I chose Brad Thomas', "Fresh Paint Painting" service was his easy and sincere demeanor. I recommend him highly to anybody wanting to get a high quality paint job at reasonable price. Fresh Paint Painting, led by Brad Thomas, is one of the few companies that still goes the extra mile for their clients. For example: a very small area in my backyard was accidentally overlooked and Brad was out at my house on the 4th of July to make sure the job was done right. I simply can't say enough good things.
