+ -1 moreHad this company come and inspect my house prior to purchasing it and they stated it worked good. The weekend we moved in and had family helping the ac would not go below 80 degrees. We called our warranty company and they sent out a company a week later. During that time the unit would work off and on, cooling the house below 80 and sometimes not. The home warranty company came and stated that the coil was failing with one quick test. That is unexceptable. If you are hired to approve a house please do a good check. Not just say it works. Having to pay for out of pocket expenses for work warranty doesn't cover. I also attempted to contact the company and the owner just got an attitude and asked to hire him if I wanted. That was out of the question. You lost my trust the first time.
