Rick and Joseph came to work on my bursted pipe and were very genuine and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and did a great job repairing. Daniel also came to give us the consultation and was super helpful with everything.

They were supposed to pump out my septic tanks and in the process they said one leach pit was root bound. When getting my septic tanks certified 9 months later, I found out one of the tanks were not emptied and the root bound leach pit was not as root bound as they claimed.

Over $800.00 for two hours of work.

There were suppose to address a leak and fix the bathtub. They end up replacing the bathtub and their "fix" did not address the leak. They however, left a giant hole and our tenants were not happy. We never got the invoice until later this year but by then, we already had replaced their bathtub they did not properly install and the leak that they were supposed to address. Will not use them again.

He was done in less than 20 minutes!

I HAVE USED CISNEROS BROTHERS ON 3 OR 4 OCCASIONS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICES. ON ONE OCCASION, A REPAIR THEY PERFORMED LEAKED AND THEY PROMPTLY RESPONDED AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AT NO FURTHER COST.

Air test damage shut-off valves in bathroom, replaced valve myself. Patched hole in floor where leak was repaired, patch was uneven and rough. At the present time the slab leak occurred again in the same spot!

It was hard work that He knocked out in under 2 hrs. I was amazed, I would use these guys again should the need arise.

Well, since I've never had to experience anything like this before I was somewhat overwhelmed to come home to a partially flooded front yard. The weight of an old tree stump that had grown over the pipe that led from the main had cracked. I immidiately started my search on Angie's List for plumbers in the area. 2 that are on the list quoted me over $500.00 just from the description of the water break. Also tried another 2 that were not listed. $550.00 or more was the quote given to come out and dig up and repair the leak. Plus, they all couldn't come out for at least a couple of days or more. I have kids and animals so that wasn't gonna fly. I tried the list once more and contacted Cisneros Bros. Initially, I explained to the young lady I spoke with( who by the way was super nice) what was going on but their main repair people were gone for the day and the last one was on the last call of the day. But I could schedule the next day by 2pm. SoI booked the appt. I was worried about what I was going to do and literally received a call from Cisneros about 15 min later saying a repairman could be at my house in 30 min. Yay!!!!!!!!!! Roy (RaY? Sorry, scattered day) came out and introduced himself, assessed the situation, gave me the quote ($385.00) and got right to work. He dug out around the break and figured the pipe size. He didn't have the correct one and left and quickly returned with the right one. He circumvented around the stump and got the water flowing again. He then reburied the hole and it was like the area was never disturbed. He was a total professional as well as personable. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs!

They are very good. They responded quickly on the phone. They had a decent bid and they are honest. We will definitely go back to them again.
