+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They came when they said they're gonna be. They installed everything up and showed you how to work everything. It was good that we got somebody off your list. We're really happy with them.
Description of Work: A-1 Overhead Doors did our garage doors. They also had to build a little pillar in between two separate doors.

Description of Work: This company provided great phone service but never showed up for the quote, leftme hanging after taking half day off from work. I called and complained and agreed to another quote and then they showed up at 10 pm, 5 hours late. Never did get quote for a $5k job.I lost big money waiting for nothing. SAD

+ -1 moreEmployee was running late but didn't bother to call. After waiting 35 minutes I called to see if he was still coming. I was told he'd be here in about 15 minutes. Once he got here he took a look at the door and said he could fix it. He put the door back on it's track, he lubricated the rollers and showed me how to do it for future service and adjusted the spring tension above the door. He was courteous the entire time.
Description of Work: Garage door was put back on track, rollers were lubricated and tension was fixed.

Description of Work: Estimate was provided within hours and delay in installation was due to parts delivery date. Installation was professional and above and beyond expectations. They moved items in the garage as necessary to complete installation and cleaned up following installation. The price was for a solid door (no windows) and included inside insulation

+ 0 morecalled a-1 doors for an estimate on friday a.m. they were here that afternoon, looked the job over gave us a price told him i had a few more companies coming to give an estimate we called back on monday and asked if it could be done before the weekend they assured it would no later than friday.they were here friday morning removed old door ,installed new one cleaned up after them selves and the job was fast professonal and they even disposed of the old door(free) great company!
Description of Work: we researched 4 companies, 2 here in the victoville ca area and 2 from down down the hill. a-1 doors had the best deal,price and time to do the job, when we needed it !great job very professional would recommend a-1 doors to anyone.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS VERY WELL DONE, AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. I CALLED IN THE MORNING WHEN FOUND OUT THE SPRING WAS BROKEN, AND HE WAS OUT WITHIN TWO HOURS. HE WAS REALLY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE SPRING IN MY GARAGE DOOR ROLLUP.
