+ -1 moreWater wasn't slippery like it is when softener was working. I hadn't heard the machine rejuvenating after a week so I turned dial manually since it hadn't moved on it's own. The (outdoor pipe connection to softener) leak started again as soon as water was running thru machine. I let it run and came home 4 hours later w machine still running. Tyler has been doing the maintenance for the last couple of years and even installed an R.O. system under the kitchen sink and those things have been fine. I don't know why he won't answer my calls and messages I have left in the last 3 months. Sometimes I just called and hung up when voice came on because I was tired of leaving messages. I was hesitant to leave a bad review because our past dealings have been good. Tyler, why haven't you called me back? I just left a message today, AGAIN.
