+ -1 moreI am giving this company a complete "F" because they never showed up. I sat around all morning long waiting for the cleaners to show, but no show. I called the salesman, Anthony "Mike" Messina, who sold me on the service, but he didn't remember me or seemed to care. I rearranged my entire day, and my furniture, for these people to come by and clean my carpets, but they had better things to do. In the future, I will be using a different company. The kind of cleaning service that shows up when they say they are going to.

+ -1 moreI have used Pro Carpet Care for several years now and have been extremely happy with Jess' service. Jess is extremely conscientious and he pays careful attention to detail. He is fair in his pricing and he was able to get out some very dirty and difficult stains on my carpet. He made sure to put disposable coasters underneath the furniture to help it dry and provided booties so I could wear while the carpet was drying. In addition, he let me borrow a space blower (at no extra charge) for a few days to help with the drying process and then picked it up when I was done with it. A good experience all around.
Description of Work: Cleaning of carpet throughout the house, 3 bedrooms, stairway, living room.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet, also area rug. Jess even put down paper runner on path areas. Not much water or moisture after steam cleaned. Would highly recommend them and expect to hire them again.
