Description of Work: Scraped a wall edge with their hose when leaving. Not sure if the steam cleaning was deep enough cleaning for my carpets and it was done very fast. Three rooms in under an hour. Not sure if that is deep enough to loosen up all the dirt.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets (2 bedrooms, stairs, hallway and combined living / dining room) and 6.5 foot sofa. My son did not realize the carpet was beige. He thought it was grey! I am very happy with the results. It took longer to dry than I expected. I have no air conditioning and it got dark around 5pm. Had to keep moving chairs and tables so everything got dry.

 + -1 moreVery professional from the time I called. Was able to come out in a few days, when I wanted. Arrived on time and was polite and professional. I was totally satisfied with the experience.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in a two bedroom house. He arrived on time, did the carpet cleaning quickly and it looks great. Gave me advice about what to do with furniture while it dried. It dried quickly, as it wasn't too wet when he finished. Also gave me some advice on carpet repairs, which he also does. Overall, I am very pleased and the price was reasonable.

 + -1 moreOverall, the experience was very good. I have tried several different services, and I have to say, this one has been one of the best I have used. I was able to reach the company within a day and set up an appointment for one week later. Upon arrival, they reconfirmed the estimate, I provided some directions on the spots I wanted them to focus on, and they seemed to appreciate the direction, especially given it was not a sunny day. They seemed to take my concerns seriously and paid attention to all the areas I asked them to. The work was completed in an hour while doing a thorough job. A week later, the carpets look great. I had some tough spots, and they were able to get everything out. Also, another benefit is that they do not use harsh chemicals, and stick to basic soap, water and steam to clean the carpets. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future!

They did a really good job and we could really see the difference right away. They were on time and in fact they were early and they were very professional.

 + -1 moreThey were recommended to me and I've used them twice now. They are friendly, clean, and they take about the same amount of time that the other cleaners were taking. They hold their prices, whereas every time the other cleaners came out for 10 years, the price went up by $25 to $50 every year. I wouldn't switch them unless they got out of business or something.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet on some stairs, a family room and two bedrooms in our home. They targeted traffic stains in our family room. We moved most of the furniture before they came and they moved a couch. The cleaning was done in about an hour.
