+ -1 moreWe put a Laminate floor in the den and it was installed in 2 days. The installer, Paul and his helper Andrew, were professional and very fastidious. They removed the oak moldings and replaced them with no damage. For the guest bedroom we selected a tile that looks exactly like wood. It was installed in 2 1/2 days and looks great. He also replaced the baseboards. Once again Paul did the installation. He was one of the best workmen we have ever had working in our house. In both cases he came when scheduled. We are very pleased with the results and plan on using Carpet Spectrum in the near future for our master bedroom.
Description of Work: I had carpet removed from two rooms (den and guest bedroom) and replaced with new flooring. Stacie came on time to measure the floor space and provided us with a proposal. My wife and I went into the Hermosa Beach store to select the flooring material. We worked with Becky (Who we worked with before when she worked at Greg's Flooring before the owners retired.) where she gave us the pros and cons of the different materials. She was very helpful and professional.

+ -1 moreEverything went perfectly, from start to finish. We were put in touch with them by Costco. Brian came by promptly to give us an estimate before Christmas. We gave him our approval a few days later, and the work was set to be done in the three days before New Year's Eve, and possibly one more day after that, if needed. Juan and Mario came on time and did a wonderful job of removal and installation of the laminate. They even took an old box springs and bed frame down to the dumpster in our complex for us. We went to a hotel for the three days because of allergies. They finished 1/2 day early, so we were back home for New Year's Eve. I couldn't be happier with the work and the quality of the product by Shaw.
