C&C Partners

C&C Partners offers both architectural design and construction.  We only utilized them for construction.  We met on a regular basis, Mike Cunningham, the part owner and contractor, provided a detailed checklist for the decisions and executions that we needed to make/do.  He laid out the decisions that we needed to make (window type, doors, cabinet pulls, built ins, lighting, etc. in a well paced, non-hurried, manner, but still kept us on time and on-schedule.  Mike had a low key, dry humor that worked out well when we became anxious about a decision.  He offered suggestions, many of which were not motivated by cost, but more by how it would perform as we lived in the home.  We trusted his judgement and he repaid our trust by providing us with a hassle-free, great experience.  No horror stories (except maybe waiting for permits and for the gas company to install our meter), and nothing but positive things to say about C&C, their management, supervisors, workers, and outsourced electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc.  They were all superb -- easy to work with, high quality, fast.  We are truly living in the house of our dreams -- everything is in the right place, and it all works.  When there is a minor problem, C&C will come back and fix it.  It has been an amazingly happy and easy experience.  I highly recommend C&C Partners if you have extensive construction that needs to be done.
