Not very good attention to detail forgot to clean the oven as requested the quality was fair only - no basebords and no atttention to detail, the refrigerator was not done that well but the owener did offer to send someone back out to clean the overn

The providers arrived early. They were pleasant, introduced themselves and their company. After one walk through the house reviewing my needs they were off too work. I was in and out of the house, visiting with my neighbor while they were working. Their work was excellent. They covered every nook and cranny and, without question, every detail. They were thorough beyond my expectations. My house looks and feels wonderful. I feel comfortable recommending them without reservation. I intend to use their service again in the future.

These women are fantastic! Very friendly and really quick! The first time they came they cleaned things that I hadn't done in awhile (Ceiling cobwebs, stair railings-I do the hand rail, but not the bottom part). I have a new acrylic bathtub and they paid attention to my request to use dishwashing soap instead of comet (and remembered when they came back!). They even make a pretty rose with the toilet paper!

She refused to schedule when I called, was rude and insulting, and demanded that I get a refund. Horrible woman.

I wasn’t that pleased because I needed deep cleaning and the refrigerator needed a good clean out and it was not done to my satisfaction. The freezer is still the same. They left the area clean. They could have taken the time to do a good job like they said they would.

Arrived on time and did a deep clean of all areas including the oven and refrigerator

They responded within a hour, on time to start the job. The small place was cleaned very well, maybe thinking of very month. Thank you for helping my friend.

I'm very happy with the work the team did. Considering how long it had been since my home was thoroughly cleaned, they did a very, very, good job. The team consisted of three people and they moved very quickly, covering a lot of space. I have a fairly large home, lots of rooms. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Nagel and her crew. I could tell there was a noticeable improvement in what had been cleaned compared to my previous housekeeper who came weekly. I like to have things put back in their proper place and I could tell there was effort to do this. The house not only looked cleaned, it smelled clean too. I like that as well. Attention was given to the shutters which are on every window in the house. That takes a lot of time, but they did it.. Bathrooms sparkled. The beds were made well. Overall, this was better than I had expected. I scheduled them to come back!

We moved into a larger home a couple of years ago and simply haven't been able to keep up with the cleaning like we used to be able to do. When I saw the deal with Perfect Interiors, we decided to go for it. The results are amazing! The three women who came to clean didn't leave a surface untouched and they worked incredibly hard. If we can make it work with our budget, we would love to do this more often.

Two women arrived with cleaning gear and proceeded to work on the two bathrooms. I was especially interested in getting an old shower cleaned and she did this well. The only criticism I have is that one bathroom floor felt a little sticky afterward, but I know this is the result of a cleaning product and the linoleum as it has also happened to me. The two women worked for 1 1/2 hours each and really made a good effort to clean everything. I would definitely have them again in the future. Wendy H,

The beginning they gave me a time that they would be out. Then they called and stated they needed to move time up a little early. They came and were gone in a few hours. They left and I called angie's list and the company due to they cleaned the surface but did not do the deep cleaning I paid for. They came back out after I called them and they left on the surface again everything looked good but the deep cleaning was not done. They did not clean the appliances only the front of the appliances. They cleaned the top of everything such as the coffee table but did not clean the bottom.

Everything went smoothly. They were flexible and very easy to work with. They come periodically and I continue to do business with them.

They were professional, diligent, focused. They cleaned baseboards and worked hard to clean the bathrooms and kitchens.

I needed to have a very thorough cleaning of my kitchen as it's been neglected for a while and I wanted to paint it. I ordered the custom cleaning package because it allowed for wall cleaning also per the description of included services. I was given an option to have one cleaner for a full 8 hours or two cleaners for 4 hours. I opted for the latter. They arrived a little later than promised, but they made up for it with their no nonsense approach to getting the job done. They used my designated cleaning supplies along with their own and they scrubbed down cabinet faces, walls, de-greased the stove/oven and refrigerator, and mopped the floors of my kitchen and my bathroom. They dusted, cleaned baseboards, wooden panel doors, small appliances and counter tops thoroughly. They didn't overlook cleaning the blinds at the kitchen window and/or the sliding kitchen door, and they thoroughly vacuumed my kitchen and bathroom mats. Thanks to their diligence I am now ready to paint!

Great service. I hired them to deep clean my daughter's new apartment. Management was suppose to do it but did not. Perfect Interiors came on Saturday morning as scheduled and cleaned the apartment for her. Everything was done professionally and to her satisfaction.

didn't need move out cleaning service-house was empty & not cluttered or filthy-but wanted cleaned before new purchasers moved in. they (owner and 2 others) were prompt, cleaned everything including appliances, moldings, shades...brought everything to clean with them. this was an Angies coupon deal of several hours for a fixed price. i would recommend this company.

The first time they did a great job. The second time they seemed a little disorganized. They put hand soap in my dishwasher, which made it not work properly for a while.

This provider came out to my home to clean for three hours. They raced through the house to get the work done. One of the workers broke workers an antique Lenox coffee pot lid. I called the owner and her first comment was that they don't normally clean houses with a lot of antique. The owner offered some free cleaning services but did not want to pay for the repair because they did not want to have to go through their insurance. I ended up sending the broken lid to a Lenox repair company in PA and it cost me $167.00 to have it restored.

The team was very thorough and did a great job! I will definetly be using Nagela and her cleaning team again. Much appreciated....

For me there is nothing better that sparkling clean floors. They did such a great job, I couldn't be happier, I'm going to have them do regual service. Very responsive and great follow up.

They were late but friendly. They did not do the oven until I called Angie;s list/plus owner . They took 20 minutes and I had to show where burners and area underneath were that needed cleaning/gas oven. The floors were wiped over but house not have that sparkling clean look . The furniture was not thoroughly dusted and polished. A section under the china cabinet was not done at all. Initially they were gone in 90 minutes.

They did a great job cleaning and we've set up a bi-weekly service based on the initial visit!
