Nagela and her team have cleaned my house for the last five years, and we are very happy with their work! They are responsible, efficient, and careful with their work. I hired Perfect Interiors to do our housecleaning 2x a month. She was recommended by my neighbor and I have been very satisfied since. The owner is very responsive, professional, flexible and will work with whatever is needed to be done. Her staff are professional, punctual and organized. They are experienced and know what to do. We're comfortable having them around our house. I come home from work and see our house is clean especially the bathrooms, it makes me happy. Thanks Nagela! You and your staff are the best!

Nagela and her team did a wonderful job cleaning my house, organizing closets, doing laundry and putting the clean clothes away. Her work is far superior to any other housecleaner I have had. She is very trustworthy and works for many of my friends. She has a very positive attitude, communicates very clearly and openly, and asks for feedback because she wants to make sure she is exceeding all expectations. She takes pride in doing a great job.

Showed up on time and were fast cleaning a three bedroom cottage between tenancy. Looked totally move-in ready when done. Would hire again.

They arrived exactly on time. They brought their own products and left my house smelling so clean.

Zero. Although Angie's accepted my money in full and I was charged for it quickly.....I NEVER heard from either the company, Perfect Interiors, or Angie's. Feels like FRAUD to me and will be reporting it as such very soon.

They were late and they did not stay as long as they were supposed to. While they were there, they cleaned okay, but there were lots more to do and they left.

Everything was good. They were late because their previous job ran over.

It went pretty well I would say fair some of the things I would clean in which the seem to understand of what they didn't there was like four things that I said was high on my list and the amount of time I wanted done and none of the four was done they did do a lot of other things and did it very well but the language barrier there was an issue, when you vacuuming slide the furniture away, vacuum up under it, I find several areas were I'm a senior several areas were I can rethink and do myself they were done moving furniture and all even though it's not heavy things it's just a chair I had to get my daughters to come and do things like that for me. Their service was poor.

Never heard a word from them.

I hired these cleaners because of a promotion on Angie's List. We 1st set up an appointment for 11 a.m. on May 19th, but they texted me they were going to be an hour late. I didn't get the text until around 12:15, and at that point I assumed they weren't coming, so I scheduled another appointment. Around 12:30, they showed up at my doorstep, ready to clean. But I had only paid for 2 hours' worth of cleaning, which meant that they were supposed to be finished by 1. I called and said it was too late for them to clean. At first they said they couldn't come back for another week, but then they called back and said they could come the next day, on Friday. We set a window between 1 and 2, in case there was too much traffic on the Bay Bridge. I was told they would text me to let me know exactly when they were coming. But this time they never texted, and they still showed up about 10 minutes late. This was twice in a row they were later than they said they would be. But this time I let them in, and they started cleaning. Around 3:30 I was told they wouldn't be able to finish dusting because they had to leave promptly at 4. Their ad had said that if the cleaning job lasted more than 2 hours I could pay them extra to finish. So I asked how much it would cost if I wanted them to finish cleaning my house. She said, "Not today, honey," meaning she would not stay past 4. Then I told her that since she had gotten there late, and I'd paid for a full 2 hours, she should at least not leave exactly at 4. She agreed with this. But when the 2 of them packed up and left, it wasn't even 4 yet. Since there were 2 people, and they had come late, I figured I could have lost as much as 30 minutes like this. My house was ok clean, certainly cleaner than when they'd gotten there, and I was happy about that. But it was obvious they hadn't finished, and I felt I'd pre-paid for time I didn't get. Between how hard it was to schedule the appointment, the fact I didn't get all the time I'd paid for, the fact that they didn't finish cleaning, and the fact that they wouldn't let me pay them extra to do a thorough job as they had advertised they would, it is highly doubtful I would ever hire this company again.

They did a decent job. The owner actually doesn't do a great job cleaning. I had to go back and reclean the refrigerator door (it was still sticky) and go over the numerous streaks she made with dusting. The actual cleaners are very sweet. I am no longer using their service because I consistently ran into problems with them. The first appointment they arrived three hours;late, and the owner cashed my check for the wrong amount ($50 over). There were a few instances where she couldn't accomodate my schedule to come for a cleaning so I went several weeks without service. This last cleaning, I paid extra to have the fridge cleaned and laundry folded. The cleaners apparently had a mis-communication because I asked them if they cleaned the refrigerator twice and they said yes but it clearly wasn't cleaned. I texted the owner about 5 minutes after they left but she then said I would have to wait an hour and a half for them to finish the next job before they could come back and finish my home. There was no acknowledgement that this was very inconvenient and she came off as if she was doing me a favor by having them come back. I basically spent my entire afternoon waiting around for the completion of their service and wasn't able to do anything that I needed to do on my one day off.

I spoke with Angela, who's cleaned our house before. I told her that I'd purchased the deal and we scheduled the service for today. They showed up at 9:11 and left around 10:35, so definitely not 3 hours of work. Then, I received a call from Angela and she told me that I owed her an extra $120, and that she had no record of the deal being purchased. I am so angry about this and will not use them again. I'll also be seeking a refund.

They sent 2 ladies to perform the cleaning. They did a really good job. They washed pots and pans, cleaned behind the kitchen sink, cleaned the stove top, microwave and bathroom.. They are very thorough. I would use them again and recommend their service.

They exceeded my expectations for their work.The two women who came to do the work were friendly, pleasant and a joy to work with.

It was okay. I just thought that some of the details -- as far as cobwebs and cleaning the kitchen floor, I had to go back because there were some sticky items that were on the kitchen floor when they got there. When they were leaving and they were still there and I mentioned to the lady thatt was still on the floor. She says she cleaned the floor and I said she couldn't have cleaned it because -- I think there was a smashed grape there -- it's still there, so you know... I thought that was a big oversight for something that obvious.

Pretty good. My home was pretty messy, and there were some things they just couldn't clean, completely. But they did get it, pretty clean. I was too sick to clean for a while and have been having problems getting around after my last operation. I paid for a whole house cleaning, but I only needed the items I was unable to clean. The ladies were very nice and they worked very hard. I, even, told them they didn’t have to do some things for me, because I was able to do them myself; but they still tried to do them. I had to tell them a couple of times to go home, I could do the rest. Especially, the smaller lady, she was so nice. And she worked so hard. Thank you, Perfect Interiors. I don’t feel so overwhelmed anymore.

If you want a housecleaning service where the person providing the service you are paying for argues with you and ignore your requests, where the work gets worse and worse each time the workers clean, where the provider does not follow through with what she says she will do, where your personal possessions are broken, where the work is careless, where you feel ripped off, then by all means, hire this company. If this is not what you want, however, do what I did and go elsewhere.

They were on time and did the work within 2 1/2 hours. Very professional and knew what to do from dusting to cleaning the wood floors, to changing the linen on master bedroom bed. Im very pleased.

Perfect Interiors was supposed to come back and clean again because they never finished it. I was out of town and she didn't do the deep cleaning: she changed it for something else when I was out of town and she didn't do the deep cleaning. So I tried to do that. they didn't clean they vacuumed.

PI's workers showed up on time, got to work very quickly and responded well to instructions. Communication was easy. Upon completion of the job owner/occupant (me) noticed that they had cleaned very thoroughly and with very little disruption. I gave them a 40% tip I was so happy. They will use your supplies at your request or their own by default. Their selection of supplies was good and the place didn't require a bunch of airing out after they were done. The place looks great!

Did not ask what needed to be cleaned, touched areas that she did not have to and most surprisingly threw a bunch of things without asking. E.g. lotions, body washes etc which still had content in it.
