INTEGRITY RESIDENTIAL WINDOW REPAIR INC

We had a great experience with Bob Minoli of Integrity Residential Window Repair, Inc. We had twenty windows that had moisture between the double panes because of failing seals. He arrived at the promised time, put on shoe covers to enter our house without us having to ask him, was pleasant, thoroughly explained the job, and gave us a reasonable price to replace the panes. We appreciated that he was so flexible scheduling the repairs. We split the job up into several stages to coordinate our painting the rooms and installing new window blinds. For each stage, he arrived on time, replaced the panes, and was very neat and clean throughout the entire process. We also had Bob install a new sliding screen door off of our kitchen. He additionally replaced the springs on a few of our hard-to-raise windows. If any further windows need replacing, we will definitely use this company.

A double pane window seemed to be loose in one corner, having shifted outward a little less than 1/2 inch. Robert gave me the best determination he could without taking the window out, about what might have happened to cause the movement. He also estimated what it would cost to reset the window if I decide to do that. I appreciated that he took the time to really look at the situation and explain the possibilities, which hadn't been the case with the company that did the original installation. He also put indoor covers on his shoes when he came inside, a small but appreciated gesture. Overall I was impressed with Robert's professionalism and knowledge and will hire him for any window or door repair.

This was a slam dunk! Bob Minoli is A-1 to do business with. He shows up on time, gives you a fair price and does competent work. He is friendly and easy to talk to and will answer any questions you may have about your job.

Bob was very prompt with all communications and with getting the work done. I was expecting this project to be a big deal, but Bob knew what to do and had all the parts to get the job done quickly.

Very responsive when called, came out next morning to measure and give an exact quote. Was back out 2 days later with new glass and installed and re-screened the window screen. Very happy with work and price!

Excellent and prompt service on a Saturday morning. A window was broken by some kids during the night. At 8am on a Saturday morning, after checking Angie's List, I called Integrity and spoke directly with the owner, Bob. He said he would arrive in about one hour or so and would call us back about 1/2 hr before he came to the house. Bob proceeded to replace the single pane window right there, cut the glass and installed the window. We were very impressed by his work and professionalism. The price of $131 was reasonable and he even gave us the 5% discount for being an Angie's list member. We are definitely saving Bob's business card and will call this company again if we ever need his services.

Great. He was right on time to do the Inspection and was early to do the replacement. I would recommend his work.

The work went perfectly! I can't say enough good things about Bob, the owner and installer of Integrity Window Repair. He is definitely true to his company name. Bob arrived on the dot and was meticulous about his work: the new window was installed flawlessly and cleaned off to "sparkling" upon completion. He expertly removed all the screens and the patio slider in order to replace the rollers. He then reinstalled everything, realigned everything perfectly, cleaned up, and made sure all worked smoothly (including the door lock) before leaving. I highly recommend Bob and would definitely hire him again. He is absolutely great!

New parts installed, windows work. But a previous window that was repaired still has problems with the "balancer" sliding down and it's a matter of time before this window has problems. The good news is Bob is very helpful and I expect he will come back and fix it.

Well done!! Came out and provided estimate first - I had read the fine print that stated $99 was for installation so there were no surprises. Glass was ordered and replaced about 2 weeks later. Showed up on time! Very neat and clean. Highly recommend and would use again.

The first visit, he measured the windows and presented an estimate for the replacement glass and the second visit he replaced the glass. An excellent job in all respects.

The deal only covered labor which wasn't stated, and didn't even cover the total labor we needed. He states Angies list does not make that clear although he requested that. A $99 deal turned into $900., but the work was good. I have run into this before with the list and have learned not to count on the stated price

Called for an estimate and he called back quickly and came out next day to give me a price. Arrived promptly and was courteous and professional in providing a reasonable quote. Booked the job for the following week. He arrived at the scheduled time alone and worked quickly and efficiently to complete all the replacements in about 3 hours. Left the work site as though he had never been there except for three beautiful new windows. Excellent work, highly recommended.

I was so impressed with this company! Initially, I wanted to get an estimate on getting just the bathroom window repaired or replaced. When the technician came to my home, he looked at the window and said it was an easy / quick fix - so I asked him to take a look at our sliding glass door that was incredibly hard to open/close (my daughter had to use her whole body weight to nudge it). I was quoted about 135 to repair the door and was told it would only be $25 in parts to fix the bathroom window - and since they were going to be there to fix the sliding glass door, they wouldn't charge me any labor to fix the window. I can't tell you how happy I was! The bathroom window no longer drops closed - but actually stays open as it should - and our sliding glass door (that we feared we would have to replace) slides with ease. :)

I used coupon that provided me $180 off for installation. Cost after coupon to change two fogged windows was approximately $250. It was more than I anticipated, BUT, the work was great...on time...and professional. He even wore shoe covers to come into my house...in/out/in/out. He took them on/off/on/off. Very nice installer.

I don't think this job could have went any better. He did a great job, was punctual and professional. Also his quoted price was about half of a quote from another company. We would definitely call them back if we need more work done in the future.

I thought the deal was for removing the fogginess from two windows. It turned out the deal was to replace two foggy windows, which would involve additional cost of materials. I am looking to minimize cost here since this is a rental unit, so I decided to leave one window as is (because it's not that bad), and possibly replace the other window, though still deciding if I even want to do that. The repair person was very prompt and professional, so I will use him if I decide to replace the one window.

I bought an Angie's deal on the website to replace two windows from Integrity window repair. I set up an appointment to do the service with Bob Minoli. He was prompt and explained what needed to be done and we set up another appointment to complete the work. The work was completed in a professional manner and all details were explained. Bob is friendly and very easy to work with. I am very satisfied with the finished product. The price was very reasonable with Angie's Deal. I would definiately use his company again and recommend him to friends and family.

He said my windows were under warranty.
