I bought a used fridge on 2.04.10. The freezer never worked well. I called for service, but the repairman said he didn't find anything wrong. He lowered the temp in the freezer, but it still never worked properly. I called the repairman again, and he came by and left a thermometer in the freezer. He came back several days later and still found nothing wrong, but he said that my freezer was overloaded! By this time, my ice cubes were thawing out. I called Richard, the owner, a couple of weeks ago, and asked for a new fridge. He said he would work on it. The day before yesterday, 4.27.10, the entire unit stopped working. When I called again yesterday, the store assistant said that I had voided my warranty because I didn't do what the repairman had told me to do, but he never said a word about unloading my freezer until his third visit! Here it is two days later, and they're still jerking me around! They tell me what I want to hear, but nothing happens. I'm fed up with these people. I think they knew the fridge was dying from the get-go and Richard wouldn't pay to do the repairs.
Description of Work: Bought the fridge on 2.04.10. Freezer never worked properly. Two service calls with nothing done at either one. When repairman returned to get his thermometer (see below), he said I had overloaded my freezer! Nothing was really ever done.
