Called this company for well repair service on Thursday 24 January 2013 (at their location reached at 951-242-2911), same company in the phone book. An answering service took my call, and later an Active Drilling Representative called me back and said that he would be out Friday, and would call me that morning with the exact time. I took the day off work to meet him. As of 10:30AM, no call, so I called him back at his cell number (909-223-0630) and call went to voice mail. I asked him to call and let me know when he was coming. There was never a return call. In the meantime, I finally called another company at noon: Legend Pump and Well Service (951-682-1509). They had someone out here in 20 minutes, and our well up and running again within an hour of their arrival. I will be writing them a good review as soon as invoicing and payment is done. So, I don't know what kind of work Active Drilling does when they actually show up, but when your water supply is down, you don't want to rely on someone who is undependable and can't even return a phone call or notify you that they aren't coming. Avoid Active Drilling.

IT WAS GREAT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POLITE. THE PEOPLE THEY SENT OUT WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
